As we hope all our parents are aware, our staff are hugely important to us at Beaconsfield Childcare. Our lovely nurseries in Beaconsfield aim to provide the highest standard of childcare and our wonderful team help make this possible with their enthusiasm, creativity and care. As part of our Meet the Team feature, we’re focusing on Sean this month.
Sean is our Group Leader in Rocket Space room at Brindley House. He has worked in childcare for many years and has experience of working with all different ages of children. Bringing a huge sense of fun to the room, Sean is always full of energy and new ideas.
Sean says, “I enjoy working with children because I like to see that I have made a difference and have a positive influence on the children. I love working at Brindley as they encourage and help staff to train in areas that interest us and support us on areas that we need help with. Brindley feels like one big happy family!”
