We had a wonderful afternoon at Brindley House Nursery yesterday at our Big Toddle event. There was a BBQ, face painting, a raffle, Footie Bugs, crafty activities and other fun things. Lots of money was raised for Barnardo’s and everyone had a lovely time at the event, which was really well supported by both nursery families and other families in Beaconsfield.
Devastatingly, after the event, there was a fire at the nursery on Saturday evening. The building is structurally sound but there is a lot of fire damage that we’re working hard to repair.
Thank you for everyone’s support and good wishes – it means so much to us. We are working hard to get Brindley House Nursery back to normal, but we’re asking parents to bear with us over the next couple of days and if you can make alternative childcare arrangements, it would be much appreciated.
