At Beaconsfield Childcare our staff are hugely important to us. We deliver the highest standard of nursery care at our nurseries in Beaconsfield and we therefore look to employ the very best nursery practitioners. Our staff are caring and nurturing, whilst also understanding our key aim of treating each child at the nursery as an individual.
Kelly is the Deputy Manager and Planning Co-Ordinator at Northgate House Nursery and she has been with us since the beginning of 2012. She’s a fantastic example of how Beaconsfield Childcare nurture and develop our team, empowering them to progress in their career. She first joined the nursery as a practitioner and has worked her way up through the roles of Room Leader and Assistant Manager, finally taking on her current role in August 2014.
Kelly says, “I enjoy working at Northgate House, we have a fun and energetic team with our main focus being to help the children progress and reach their developmental stages through play and fun experiences, and to safeguard them and help them explore and grow as individuals.”
As Deputy Manager, Kelly works closely with manager, Nadine, in the office, and gives advice and support with planning, observations and general good practice within the Beaconsfield nursery.
